Welcome to my site. I am an engineering executive with an established track record of innovation and industry impact, including developing successful R/D teams, bringing products from research to commercialization, and creating high-value IP. My work at Qualcomm, Amazon, and IBM has given me extensive experience managing large, complex engineering teams to deliver software on time, while also leading global teams in changing directions. As the VP and Head of Qualcomm Research Silicon Valley, I am responsible for all resource allocation decisions and project assignments. I am a recipient of the ACM SIGPLAN Most Influential Paper Award for 2017.
